The condo has unbelievable views, and is so comfortable for a party of 5-6\. It is a short hike to the beach and an easy drive to some delicious restaurants. Only an hour drive to Rincon de la Vieja National Park which had wonderful zip line, tubing, hike to waterfalls and hot springs. I don't have enough good things to say about this property, we absolutely loved it! The view was stunning to wake up to every morning. The place was very spacious and all three bedrooms have their own bathroom. Marilyn at Zinidis Group was amazing to work with and we decided to stay and she helped us find other great properties. The pool is very close and we always had it to ourselves. You'll definitely need a car, the hike up is intense but it's a quick drive to all that you need. Our favourite restaurant was called Robertos, the food was amazing and it's an adorable beach front boutique hotel. Go down to the beach and ask around for Caesar. The view is “the best” most of us had ever seen with ocean and mountains and beach. Everything in the condo was of high quality, well stocked and worked well. It is 500m to the loveliest beach and a healthy 20 storey climb back up. The pool is around the corner of the next building over but not far and gets afternoon shade. The views from the condo are amazing, the people in the condo complex are wonderful to visit with and we can’t wait to come back. We would highly recommend the Mariner’s Point Villas/Condos to anyone looking for a relaxing laidback environment. We even enjoyed the occasional walk up and down “hell hill” as others have so appropriately named it. Condo D5 (Larry’s Place) is beautiful and well appointed. Everyday as beautiful as the next. The accommodations are lovely and quite spacious. Air conditioning was not needed as you enjoy the ocean breezes along with sounds of surf, birds, and an occasional monkey. If needed each bedroom has separate A/ C controls. Spacious, comfortable accommodations, beautifully decorated with open floor plans to enjoy all the views have to offer. My every day itinerary, yoga on the terrace, short walk to beach, back to villa for swim in pool and great dinner.
