- Experience the perfect tropical getaway in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, just 650 meters from the beach! Ideally situated, Villa Riviera B8 is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, markets, and even medical services. Fully equipped with everything you need, all you have to bring is your bathing suit! Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature, from the calls of Howler Monkeys to the sight of Iguanas basking in the sun. Need recommendations for tours or rentals? We’re here to help. -This is a nonn smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over 1 week there is a $50 cap on electricity.
