The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy comfort with the whole family on the living room couches while watching your favourite show on the 50' smart TV. Spend time outdoors at the front deck patio and enjoy outdoor dining, while cooking a meal on the BBQ. The beach is only a short 5-minute walk away. The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife. The Las Palmas neighbourhood is one of the town’s most famous areas.
