We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

Guests will have access to the complex’s shared common areas, including the swimming pool, fire pit area, shared BBQ area, outdoor seating areas, and a deck for yoga or other activities.

Inside, the loft is arranged across two levels. The ground floor features a small relaxation area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the upper level, you’ll find a queen-size bed, TV, half bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. From here, you can step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the tropical surroundings, relax after a day at the beach, or simply take in the sunset.

Guests will also have access to a variety of shared areas within the gated complex. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, prepare a meal in the shared BBQ area, relax under the covered rancho or pergolas, or enjoy an evening around the fire pit. Outdoor seating areas, showers, restrooms, and parking within the complex are also available.

The property also features a spacious shared yoga deck, providing a pleasant outdoor space for yoga, stretching, exercising, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by tropical greenery.

With nature all around and downtown Playas del Coco just minutes away, this loft is an excellent choice for enjoying the beaches, activities, and relaxed tropical atmosphere that make Guanacaste so special.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
