Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control. Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed. Please note that condominium policy prohibits guests from smoking anywhere on the Jade Condominiums premises. Additionally, bikes must be locked out in the front by the car parking in the designated area, and the charging of bikes, even at the unit you have rented, is prohibited by condominium rules. This unit and condominium policy also do not permit the charging of electric golf carts. Please ensure that you lock the BBQ area after use by passing the chain through the stand, the bottle, and the BBQ handle, just as you found them. Not doing so could result in one or more of these items going missing, leading to penalty charges for the responsible guest.
