This unit is very close to the amenities of the Las Palmas community including grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and day spas. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the private patio, take a few steps to the community pool or a quick walk to the ocean. Guests have private access to the full condo and share the pool and covered rancho with the other units in the complex (20 units in total). The condo has an open living, dining, and kitchen space - the living room has a comfortable seating area with Smart TV, the dining table seats 4 and the kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, which is quite uncommon in this size of condo. Also unique to this property are the TWO master bedrooms – each equipped with comfy King beds and modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a combo washer/dryer in the unit for your use as well. Condo is in a friendly complex and close to amenities and beach. The site, gardens and pool, are very well maintained. This condo is well located: near the beach, stores, restaurants and the main street. We booked via Rich Coast Vacations, and they provided a very good service when we needed something. The downside was that the roof just over FRC4 needed to be changed, and this was done during our last week of vacation. At first we were told that it would take two days but it took a week. Also the drawback with FRC4 is the lack of storage space in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen. This is a perfect little condo for two couples, it includes two bedrooms- king size bed & two in-suite type bathrooms, ensuring privacy. The kitchen included everything we needed including a full size fridge & ice trays. We really enjoyed out stay in this condo, the other tenants are friendly, we really enjoyed our time with them at the pool. The only recommendation would be to somehow add a seat on the balcony, we could only sit 3, or remove the current furniture and add a table with chairs, we would have enjoyed eating outside. ##### Josee L.
