The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Soak up the Costa Rican sun in the beautiful shared pool or unwind while sunbathing on the top floor, where you'll find the condo’s private rooftop terrace. The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife. Guests can access the shared pool area, the common laundry and the rooftop terrace. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying. Rest and unwind at this charming 2 bed/1 bath condo, located just across the street from Coco beach. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need in order to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Soak in the Costa Rican sunshine at the beautiful shared pool, or enjoy sunbathing on the top floor, where you can find the condo's very own rooftop terrace. The beach and shops are literally steps away, so you always have something exciting to do as a guest at Sun and Waves vacation condo. Private car rentals with insurance available. As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control. Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. The location was perfect – just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short, pleasant walk into town. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic pool and rooftop patio. Whether we were enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool or lounging on the rooftop in the shade, we felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. The location couldn’t be better—literally right across the street from the beach, which made it so easy to go for a swim or catch the sunset every evening. The unit itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace. The views were absolutely incredible—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. We also loved how close everything was. There’s a plaza just a short walk away with great cafes, delicious restaurants, and a lively bar where we spent a few fun evenings. It was so convenient to have everything right at our doorstep. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt completely at home. It was the perfect location. You are just around the corner from a small grocery store, Mexican restaurant, and Asian restaurant.
