Top, 5 STAR, Huge pool, Hot tub Located in an upscale community on the mountain ridge overlooking the beach, volcanoes and ocean. WE DO PROVIDE A NEW CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY . As you drive up to this exquisite custom home, you are greeted by palm trees and lush gardens. As you step in through the front doors, your gaze is immediately drawn through the house to the ocean and volcanoes beyond. This home has 5 large bedroom suites, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 queen and 1 king (master), walkout level has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 long twin beds, and two with king beds. Each are steps away from the 45 ft. pool that boasts a hot tub. Imagine, night time, sky full of stars, sitting in the pool after a day of fun, sipping a drink!!! Next to the pool is a hand painted tropical jungle Rancho with wet bar and washroom. The hot tub is set to heat from 4pm to 9pm.The upstairs boasts a gourmet kitchen, large great room with cathedral wood ceilings, cable TV, wireless internet, laundry and large balcony with barbecue. The lower level has a custom kitchenette, living area with cable TV and large balcony that extends to the pool. Lots of activities await you, great fishing, zip lining, white water rafting or tubing, hiking the dormant volcanoes, walk the hanging bridges at the top of the forest canopy, zoo, surf, scuba, volcano mud baths and hot springs, to name a few. I will provide you with a list of all the area activities and tours. Some you can see by yourself, or our concierge can provide and book a full selection of tours for you. Please read our house rules and rental agreement. Rates include 8 guests. Each additional guest is $60/day. Max stay is for 13 people. Two children ages 3 and under are charged as one. Our concierge can also arrange a cook to wow your palette and also help to rent a car, stock the fridge, get a babysitter. There is a reason why the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, Ritz Carleton, Secrets, Andaz, Planet Hollywood and RIU resorts are located here. We are 25 minutes from the Liberia airport, LIR, and close to all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer. Playas de Coco is the main town, 10 minutes away. Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The views are incredible and we loved sitting out on the balconies enjoying coffee and breakfast, watching the town and the bay come to life. The pool is gorgeous and just what you need for a break from the heat - day and night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We had a party of 8 staying for 10 days. The property is beautiful. We were visited by howler monkeys several times. We loved the artwork and furnishings throughout the house and always felt secure. We enjoyed a number of the local beaches (Panama was our favorite). We packed in many adventures including Diamante adventure park, a river cruise, waterfall and volcano hikes, snorkeling and boating tour to name a few. And the food was delicious no matter where we ate. In the evenings, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only issue with the property was that the pool had not been cleaned when we first checked in and the hot tub was not working. Both of those were addressed by the following day by Zindis. The hot tub stopped working a second time midweek, but was again handled by Zindis the next day. Overall a great trip and we will surely miss the incredible view! ##### Don H. Beautiful house on a very steep hill so we were glad we did not rent a car. Zindis did a great job on our excursion list and even when we added an excursion they did not advertise, they were able to find us a fantastic tour guide with a lot of knowledge who educated us. House is amazing, view is possibly the best in the country. This was my first visit to Costa Rica (after traveling the Caribbean) and this house made me a believer! Zindis was amazing to work with and took care of everything we asked of them. This home is what current and/or retirement dreams are made of! The house was the perfect size for our party of seven. The view is unbelievable and the property is gorgeous. We took two tours through Matt’s Fishing and Tours and had at meal prepared at the house by Chef at Home CR. Everything exceeded our expectations and we created lasting memories for our family. We did rent two 4WD cars from Adobe Rental and it was really nice being able to explore on our own and travel to the different beaches in the area. The only issue we had was we did not have water on our last day. The management company was easy to get ahold of and came over right away but was unable to get the water back on before we checked out. I would definitely book this property again if we ever make it back to Costa Rica. ##### Jamie B. We were 2 families of 4 with plenty of room in this house. The pool, hot tub, outdoor space and of course the view were highlights. Short drive to the beach. We used boogie boards and chairs from the property when we went to the beach. We used the grill and prepared several meals at the house and had all the equipment needed. It was fun to see all the NYE fireworks on the beach and at the Four Seasons from the balcony of the property. Pura Vida! ##### Stacy S. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. You will enjoy a stay here. ##### Gary W. The photos really don't do this home any justice... the home and the views are STUNNING. The team at Zindis Property helped make our vacation unforgettable. They came to the home to help us choose our tours and excursions and made themselves available to us for our entire trip to assist with any questions we had or any new tours we wanted to schedule. They even helped us setup private meals for our family at the home with two amazing chefs. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! The house was beautiful. Pictures didn’t do it justice. kids loved the pool and the view was amazing. It was nice to be in a gated community and close to different beaches. The only negative thing I would say is that we did the grocery service where they shopped for us before we arrived. None of the food or drinks were cold. They didn’t turn the fridge on until the morning of our arrival. So we had nothing cold until the next morning. Other than that it was great! Thanks again! ##### Sara J. Any and all issues ( which were very few) were addressed immediately. The Zindis group whom manage the property are far beyond what any expectations of a concierge/ management company should be. They made every detail perfect. They checked on us daily and helped us navigate the entire trip . Everything was fabulous and we would definitely come back here again. Only thing they need new coffee pits and they weee very receptive to any and all suggestions. It’s probably already been replaced 😉 ##### Lisa G. Steep drive to get to the home but well worth it for the view. House was very expansive and all bedrooms very private. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we appreciated the filtered water at the sink and the little countertop ice maker. Could use a few new pool inflatables as most leaked air. Beach towels were provided as well as coolers in the garage. We never used the tv, but noticed the surround sound and big library of movies. Also liked the board games. Pool and hot tub were nice. Note the hot tub was on a timer that only came on in the evening. People staying with young children or older adults will need to pay extra attention on the spiral staircase to the pool and the area that drops off behind the pool chairs at the back of the pool. This was a wonderful well appointed home with awesome views and lots of extras. We were under the impression that it was a short walk to the beach, but that was not the case. We might have misread the description. Also, while you could control the ac units in the bedrooms, the main living area upstairs was set at 82 and we could not adjust it. Our group was okay with it so we did not call about it, but that might be a bit warm for some. All rooms had ceiling fans though including the outdoor patio. We felt very safe at this location and there was a friendly security guard at the gate. Would definitely stay again. ##### Victoria B. The house has plenty of room and is true to description. The problems we experienced were partially due to weather and upkeep. We noticed the pool was filthy and cloudy with algae during our check-in process. The property manager said they had just had a checkout and would send the pool guy in the morning. After multiple calls to the property manager and visits from the pool cleaners, we could finally swim on our 3rd evening. The pool was one of the main features we looked for in booking and could not use it for 50% of our stay. It was rainy season so when it rained hard the water would enter the living room and master bedrooms because the weather stripping was worn on the doors. This also allowed the bugs to come in through door seals. The rain popped multiple circuit breakers throughout the stay including the master bedroom air conditioning which did not work well after resetting all the tripped breakers. There were a few other issues that just needed maintenance and upkeep but I would share those with the owner. The Zindis concierge was helpful and great to work with, a plus with this property. ##### David R. There were 8 adults total staying here. 3 adults sharing the bathroom with the twin bed/ king bed rooms- wasnt ideal but we managed. It was very HOT in CR. The downstairs stayed very cool, but the upstairs was warmer. We did not mess with the air conditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area as requested, it was set at 80\. The bedrooms all had there own ac units as well as ceiling fans, although the upstairs bedrooms didnt cool as well. Dining room fit all of us well. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils that we needed. We did take advantage of the coolers in the garage (they even had chairs for the beach, bit we didnt use them). The beds were a little firm but ok. The bedrooms were all very spacious with closets and drawers and hangers. The outside dining area and other chairs were comfortable as well as the pool chairs. The pool and hot tub water levels were a little low (I think due to it being so hot mid to high 90’s all week). The water was pretty warm perfect really. We had two vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The “gate guards” were really nice and helped us with unloading the garbage at the bottom the driveway as well as opening the gate for us. The view is spectacular and we loved watching the howler monkeys and their babies! It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Coco beach and about 10 min drive to playa Hermosa beach and 30 minute drive to airport. We would definitely book this place again ##### Janice S.
