Crisantemos 1 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that has been recently updated throughout with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and updated furnishings. From the private front patio, enter into an open space with comfy living area, dining space for 4 and an updated kitchen with gas stove. Each bedroom offers a queen bed and newly renoveate private en suite bathrooms. New bedroom furniture provides plenty of storage, plus each room has a large closet! A fully equipped kitchen, fresh new linens, new TVs and an outdoor grilling space with gas BBQ make this space the perfect home away from home for your vacation! The community has a shared pool, 2 parking areas and a covered rancho with community laundry.

The location is right off the “Beach Road” – from your front door you’re just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Pacific Ocean! There’s a great beachfront restaurant less than a minute away. Or head less than 300m south to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Perfect location, wonderful beds and exactly as advertised. Management company Rich Coast Vacations was so great to work with. Can’t say enough good things about it all. Would recommend for sure!
We stayed 5 nights at the condo and loved the place.
Well-equipped to cook and enjoy meals, the condo is secured and the neighbors are friendly. The pool is clean and perfect for all kinds of swimmers. The walk to Coco Beach is 2 minutes. Communication was A1, we will book again. Thank you!
Very modern well maintained property with extra nice pool for size of complex. Interior lighting lacking (nowhere to read) No hot water and very little water pressure in showers(suggest replacing heads with standard showerheads not rainfall)
This is a basically an apartment in a small complex. There are a bunch of small complexes in this area. Seems to be mostly for ex-pats and retirees. We met several of the guests who own other units and were just starting their annual 3-month visit. They were all incredibly nice and welcoming. We felt very at home for our 1 week stay.
The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. No issues with dirt, bugs, anything. Everything about the complex was very well kept.
As with all the apartments in this area, you're not on the beach, but you're a short walk away. There's jungle between you and the beach.
The area felt very, very safe. It's basically built for tourists.
The walk to the main drag is a pleasant 20-min walk (use the path on the beach).
There are restaurants, a cafe, and a small grocery store only 5 minutes away, just down the street.
Overall our stay in Playa Coco was pleasant. It's a bit of a sleepy town, but does come alive a bit at night.
Excellent location. Just across the street from the beach. Easy walking, although we rented a golf cart through Guana Adventures (recommended by property manager).
Best coffee is jus a couple blocks away at Java Coffee. Pool was wonderful. Landry easy to access. The neighbor were amazing(fast friends and super helpful).
Would definitely stay again!!! The mist challenging thing is the address. Although it is SO easy to get to, doesn’t show up on the map. We had our excursion drivers pick us up at Java Coffee. The locals told us to let drivers know we were across the street from Cafe Pacifico?
Oh, Rich Coast (the property managers) were easy to get hold of and responsive.
The property was magnificent, the grounds staff engaging and willing to try their English on us and our Spanish on them., the renovation work wasn't up to my expectations a bathroom door stuck on opening and freezer door on a brand new frig kept popping open when frig door shut.. The 2 bdrms were more than adequate. Used the front secured patio extensively and the pool was feet away. BEWARE - Change your currency at the Bank Mon-Fro 9am-4-pm otherwisw expect to be fleeced
The property is very nice not far from the beach. The neighbors were great. my only issue is with the property management company. I rented the place for a month. I had to leave 10 days early because my mother passed away. they would not give me any kind of refund even though I’m sure they had it rented once I left.. Yes I know I could’ve should’ve had travelers insurance. they were not very cooperative..
