The first floor of the house has a large entry way into the kitchen. The kitchen has a large island great for entertaining. Off the kitchen is a spacious dining room and Living room. There is a full bath with a new tiled shower and cozy office nook. The front porch is enclosed and heated, and the laundry room is right off the kitchen.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The backyard is fenced in and lined with flower and herb gardens.
Our west side location is perfect for getting into downtown quickly while avoiding the crowds in the summer near the track.
We are located only 5 blocks from The Beekman Street Art District, which offers 4 restaurants, art galleries and shopping. Downtown Saratoga is just another few blocks. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk.
We are just a few blocks from The bike trails into SPAC and the Spa State Park. It is easy to walk or bike to concerts, pools, or the Roosevelt Spa.
Our home was built in 1890 and was the only house around for blocks. There are many beautiful original features in this historic Saratoga home.
