Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the cozy ambiance and all the little touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The backyard is a lush wonderland of gorgeous trees and plants, and is fully fenced, so great for dogs. The location is fantastic – quiet, yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the gorgeous artwork, the snacks left for us in the living room, the starter house goods like toilet paper and laundry detergent, the lovely bed spreads. The owner was so sweet about keeping the pool warm. It made our stay extra special. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was nice and the it had plenty of room for 5 guests. The pool was nice but virtually unusable because the water was so cold. We stayed at the home 3.5 days and the pool was never hotter then 74 even with 90 degree sunny days. Also at nights you cannot sit outside because of the bugs Daytime you can sit out without any issues. One thing that needs to be attended to ASAP is all the tables need to be tightened. They were very wobbly and we all feared that they would collapse if leaned on. Distance to the beach is a 10 minute drive just so people know. The location is beyond perfect! Less than 10 min from Seista Key beach and everything you could possibly need from groceries to take out minutes away. Even the “touristy” places were all about 20 minutes from the house. Also, the neighborhood backs up to the Phillippi Park which is great for kids and the dog. The one thing I would say is the backyard needs some attention. We have a mini poodle and if he was an escape artist he could have easily got under the fence. Since he’s small and the yard is somewhat overgrown we walked him most days. Other than that, I have to say that Julia is 100% a super host! We had a minor house emergency and she was quick to respond and get someone to the house On A Sunday! All this while she was out of the county. She checked in with us on 2 other occasions.
