The Space: There are so many outdoor living spaces to enjoy here! The resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, has a sun shelf for lounging, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide for more fun! The covered patio has a large smart TV, bar area, seating and dining, and an outdoor grill. All of this sits within the fenced in back yard, filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security, and directly on Pansy Bayou. The home is family friendly, and the back yard is perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). Adjacent to this space, just off the covered pool area is the home’s club room or game room with multi-sports simulator (golf, bowling, hockey, soccer and more), ping pong, gaming consoles, smart TV and seating. This home has multiple balconies and a roof top deck that have seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. This home provides nearly 4,400 square feet of interior living space. There are 6 bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms), and 6 full baths and 1 half bath. It comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 1 California king bed, 4 king beds, and 1 full over queen bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. The great room includes the chef’s kitchen and the home’s living and dining areas, and a large balcony space that leads to the home’s rooftop deck with 360-views that are amazing. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you’ve told us you want in your guest feedback! From the outdoor areas to the club room and living spaces this home was truly built with your vacation in mind, and our unmatched service makes the experience just that much better! Floor Plan Description: Ground Level: This home provides free parking for up to 6 vehicles. The home’s beach equipment is stored in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier as well. The ground level space features a fully fenced pool and backyard area. The backyard is a paradise! The connected covered patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space with multiple soft seating and dining options, a large smart TV, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout the space. Adjacent to the covered pool area is the home’s club room/game room that has the multi-sport simulator and so much more. From the ground level, you’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator to the home's two (2) living levels above and stairs to all floors including the rooftop deck. The First Level of Living (2nd Floor): This home is an elevated single-story home. The home’s great room has a fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, oversized cooktop and range with exhaust vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a dining table (seats 10), island bar top (seats 6), a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a large balcony off this space offering dining, and a separate soft seating area just off Bedroom 3 where you’ll also access the staircase to the rooftop deck. All 6 bedrooms are located on this floor, with 4 bedrooms having water views, and 2 bedrooms having balcony access. Master bedroom 1 has balcony access and water views, a California king bed, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in closet. Master bedroom 2 has a king bed, a cozy seating nook with peaking Gulf views, a workspace, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and private water closet. Bedroom 3 has balcony access and bayou water views, a king bed, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, peaking Gulf views, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 (bunk room) has a custom full over a queen bunk bed and a twin bunk bed, with an en suite bath with a vanity, shower/bathtub combination, and a built-in city closet. Rooftop Deck: This oversized rooftop deck space provides seating and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, Pansy Bayou and Sarasota Bay, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. It is the perfect space for any time of day, but it is especially wonderful for sunrises over Sarasota and Sunsets over the Gulf. Getting Around: It’s just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key - known for it’s ‘shelling’, and steps from St. Armand’s Circle providing access to Lido Key’s best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! Walkability is 100! There is something for everyone in St. Armand’s Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail. It’s always a guest favorite. This luxury home has direct access to a private bayou with access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, so bring your boat, or use the kayak and paddleboard provided with this home and launch from your private dock and enjoy this private marine sanctuary! The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. The pool area is like having your own resort. The dock is the perfect spot to do some fishing. The management company was great to work with. They checked I. With us after we were settled in to see if we needed anything. We had a problem with the code the garage and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. It is a very short walk to the beach as well as to St. Armand Circle. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Just steps away from the beach and shops/restaurants. We spent lazy days at the pool, paddle boarded by the manatees, walked around town, rode bikes to the tiki bar, and set out for beach days with the wagons, coolers and beach chairs. The house was plenty big for the 16 of us. We enjoyed every space the house had to offer and the amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck. There were 11 of us - all adults and the space was perfect! Everyone (couples) had their own rooms, and bathrooms. The house was impeccable. We had everything we needed for preparing meals. The ice machine doesn’t work too great (as most) but a bag of ice in the extra freezer works fine! The host extremely responsive and gave us a tour upon arrival. We could walk in 2 minutes to Armand Circle where there are a plethora of restaurants and shops. It was also 2 minutes to be on the beach! There were bikes, carts to take things to the beach, a kayak and a paddle board (life jackets). The only downside for me was the busy street and traffic sounds - but a trade off to be so close to town for those in our group that love to shop! I would definitely rent from Vunique again. It was a pleasure from start to finish! One hint - we rented cabanas from Cabana Club of Sarasota and it was brilliant. They set up the cabanas and chairs each morning and took them down later. Came with chairs, towels, cooler with ice and water, blue tooth and phone chargers. ##### Barbara S. We all loved our stay at the Ringling Estate and will hopefully be back next summer, if not before. We loved the location, just a block from shopping on one side, and a block from the beach on the other. A quiet street. A dock out back made it easy to have a boat. A kayak and a paddleboard made it extra fun to interact with the manatees that visited each day. We LOVED the pool and all the space the backyard provided for us to play. The hammocks were so peaceful. The grill was spotless and worked well. Guys loved the golf simulator and the TV on the covered patio, especially on our one rainy day. The kitchen was wonderful, very spacious, and had plenty of supplies. I would recommend adding some larger serving platters and bowls and baking dishes. If we had had every bed filled, it would have been even more challenging to serve our family at meal time. We also wished there were champagne glasses and real wine glasses. We made due with the stemless but it was a surprise. Seems nitpicky but It just a preference. All of the dishware was just so nice and new. Can’t tell you how amazing it was to have 2 dishwashers. Loved the table on the balcony for another dining option. Elevator was super helpful, especially for my elderly mother-in-law. Beds super comfy in every single room!! We had a very full week and all the amenities and comforts with this property made it extra special. Oh…the sunsets from the rooftop…Ahhhhmazing! It just the perfect peaceful place. Our family of 11 included grandparents, children and grandchildren. This home was perfect in every way for our needs! Enough bedrooms, baths, inside spaces to gather and the outdoor spaces were incredible too! We had room to spread out and gather and the joke was, if anyone has a bad attitude, go find another corner of the house because there are plenty to find! They thought of everything when setting up the house. Being in construction and design, they created well planned spaces, plenty of room for storage and items that we needed to cook in, be entertained and enjoy the water and great biking around the area! They thought of EVERYTHING! Location was perfect for us too! So close to walk or bike to Lido and enjoy the dining and shopping on the square! The communication was unbelievable before, during and after. We had a small thing come up at the house and within 15 minutes they sent over someone to tend to it. Everyone was incredibly inviting, warm, helpful and just as excited as we were for us to be there! We’re definitely looking forward to another stay in the future!
