You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards. We do have two security cameras on the outside of the property to see the driveway and ensure everyone’s safety. No more than 5 people, if more than 5 people at the house at a time an extra charge will be made or asked to leave the premises. Minimum age required for booking is 25 Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises. No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.
