It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota with a water view! It features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen, and lovely living room with large sliding doors to the vast terrace. On the 5th floor of the brand new luxury residence (with an elevator). ★Living Area: Next you will find the very luminous living room and kitchen in tones of white and blue. Large sliding windows let the light in and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left with the beautiful sunset! It features a large beige sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The Pottery Barn couch is a convertible sofa with a sleeping area of 54.5 in. x 84.5 in. The dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests, from which you can enjoy the view on the bay. ★Kitchen: Pods and trash bags provided to start you off. The open-plan kitchen features brand new appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen island has 4 stools, perfect to enjoy meals as well. The managment company was so welcoming to us, and left a little welcome bag with some coffees and treats. The condo we stayed in was immaculate, and it had everything in the condo you could use to cook. It was well stocked with items for cooking. It even had an electric grill which we loved. We had the perfect view of beautiful sunsets to watch from the balcony. We were able to bring our Teddy (our little dachshund with us) and he loved it too.
