We liked that paddle boards and kayaks were provided. They could use a good spray down to clean them between guests. We liked the fountain outside. The decor is cute however, the property is pretty run down. Nails are sticking out of the wrap around deck. The wood looks should prob be replaced. Walls and doors inside could use a good cleaning. Love this property. I would buy it if I could. It's so comfortable and Roy is the perfect host. It was so much fun and we saw dolphins and manatees. Also took out the kayaks and saw iguanas, fish, and birds. It's a paradise! While in the pool we saw squirrels, racoons, woodpeckers, herons, lizards and more! Roy is so very personable and friendly.
