Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that late check-outs without authorization will incur a fee.
House Rules

No Parties or Gatherings: Parties are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will incur a $500 fee.
Quiet Time: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Noise Complaints: A fee of $100 per complaint will be charged after the first warning.
Indoor Smoking: Smoking inside the property is not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for indoor smoking.
Lost or Missing Keys: A $65 fee will be charged for lost or missing keys.
A $300 security deposit is required and the pet fee is $150.
Trash Disposal: A $100 penalty will be applied for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please use the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet; use the trash can provided.
Damage: Any damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
Before Checkout: Please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.

Guest Policy

The total number of guests listed in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just those staying overnight. If more guests are present than specified in your booking, additional charges may apply, or your booking may be canceled without a refund.
Acknowledgment

By booking this space, you agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge the possibility of being charged for any penalties if these rules are violated.
Penalties will be automatically withdrawn from your security deposit and/or booking account.
