This 5th floor beautifully renovated condo offers three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large master bedroom has an ensuite private bathroom, walk in closet and a King sized bed with views overlooking Sarasota. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped. High-speed WiFi. Their is a TV are located in the master bedroom and another TV in the third bedroom / den.

Across from the Beach with a view of the ocean

The owner Frank responded to all emails quickly. The rental has a beautiful view of the ocean from one balcony and a view of the canal from the other balcony which is nice to watch the kayakers going by. The master bed was very comfortable and the guest bedroom has a nice view of the ocean. We have rented in this building for a few years and it is great. A quick walk to Armand Circle and across the street from the gorgeous beach. You do however need to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. Really nice neighbors and a nice pool to lounge so really an all around nice place.
