The first bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that is designed to accommodate visiting guests while also providing complete privacy to the guests staying in the front bedroom. The en-suite bathroom to the first bedroom is equipped with a tub shower to accommodate families with young children or those who simply want the option to soak in a hot bath. The second bedroom is the only true master bedroom of the house as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. The third bedroom is the furthest away from the main living space and is separated from the secondary living area by a modern style barn door and an interior door. Additionally, this bedroom has it's own mini-split A/C system, so this room has the potential to be the coldest out of all three bedrooms. The en-suite bathroom is designed to accommodate visiting guests who may be enjoying the secondary living area or, if the barn door is closed, provides extra privacy to those using the bedroom. This bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower and rain head shower fixture. The secondary living area is accessible through the dining/kitchen area and provides a unique, more private experience than the main living area. Equipped with a stocked wet bar, beverage cooler, stand-up desk/workstation, a second 55 inch Samsung Frame art TV, chess/checkerboard, wall-mounted Scrabble board, and a Crosley record player, this area has a man-cavey vibe that is perfect for more focused work or play or a more private space to converse or lounge with a good book. All blinds can be opened or lowered by the remote located right next to each window. This style of blind is designed to let in lots of light, but can be adjusted to be completely private as well. Simply stop the blind to your preferred setting via the remote. Board games are also available! Settlers of Catan, Rook cards, playing cards, Uno cards, a 500 piece puzzle, Monopoly (Sarasota version) and a 500 piece poker set are all available to enjoy during your stay. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a brand new heated saltwater pool and 6 person spa, complete with 2 in-pool lounge chairs, a sun shelf and bubbler that kids will truly enjoy. 8 lounge chairs border the pool that's perfect for soaking up those Florida rays in complete privacy while watching the big game on the 75 inch TV. A brand new 5 hole putting green and corn hole set create a great space for entertainment for kids and adults alike, making memories that will last a lifetime! The dimmable outdoor lighting creates a relaxing and peaceful ambiance for the evening time. Outdoor living room space has a propane fire place plus there is a wood-burning fire pit complete with 6 adirondack chairs, perfect for late-night marshmallow roasting and a Weber Spirit E-310 propane grill is available for grilling outdoors. The dining table will extend to seat up to 8 people as well. Additionally, this property sits right up against the play area of a child care center, so the delightful laughs and squeals of children playing can be distantly heard during the day. The garage includes a laundry/folding area, a Maytag washer and dryer set, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and an Igloo chest so guests are fully equipped to enjoy the award-winning beaches that Sarasota has to offer. We also provide 12 pool towels. Additionally, a high chair and pack 'n play is available for families wishing to travel light. Located at a dead-end, the entire street can be viewed easily from the inviting front porch and, since it faces eastward, it's the perfect place to enjoy your cup of coffee as the sun rises in the morning. The beautiful landscaping that encloses the perimeter of the property includes 15 Christmas palm trees, a variety of crotons, variegated scheffleras, perennials, Hawaiian red sisters, and a gorgeous bottle palm. Guests will have access to the entire property. There will be one set of cabinets in the garage that is available for our cleaner to use; apart from that, anything on the property is available for guest use. My husband and I live just up the street, so we are available if needed but give our guests total privacy. We utilize the TouchStay guidebook system for this property. Upon booking, I will provide a link to a digital guidebook prior to arrival that includes local recommendations, property guidelines and tips, and other helpful information. Additionally, my contact information as well as other emergency contact information is displayed in the property. There is no garage door opener as the garage is not meant for parking a vehicle. The garage door can be opened via the code provided to you prior to check-in or by pressing the button once inside. The EV charger is a 240-amp, level 2 EV charger. It's plugged into a 50 amp, 4 prong plug-in that allows for you to plug your own charger in if preferred. There is no additional charge to use the EV charger or plug in. As of Fall 2023, the NFL Sunday Ticket is also provided (via the YouTube TV platform). Beautiful, well furnished, superbly clean home full of amenities made our 10 day stay wonderful. We liked the outstanding backyard pool, hot tub, furniture, mini golf and beanbag. Close to a few of the Keys' beaches and local Sarasota restaurants. Best part of the house was each bedroom having there own private bathroom; perfect for three couples. The photos and description represented the house perfectly. It was on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood of modest but well kept homes. The house was fully renovated with modern conveniences, but not sterile…it was nicely decorated and very well stocked. We were on a “boys” golf trip and didn’t use the kitchen much, but again, it was modern, functional and fully stocked. The three bedrooms each had an ensuite bath and there are two separate sitting areas in the house, each with TVs. The outdoor space, although small, is very private and quiet and includes a sitting area with an outdoor tv, hot tub and fire pit. The house was convenient to downtown Sarasota and there were numerous restaurants within a ten minutes drive. Communication with the property manager was easy, timely and precise. Overall, it’s a very well thought out property and met our needs perfectly; I’d definitely rent this property again. ##### Jeff U. We have stayed a numerous rental homes over the years and this home is by far the best? It is in a quiet location only minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants and the amenities within the home are spectacular. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms are designer in style. All of the kitchen appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is set up with everything you need except the groceries! The outdoor area is beautiful with the palm trees lining the drive and side of the house and the back yard is a great place to sit and relax for hours, it's your own little resort. An amazing layout of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plus 3 large flat screen TVs (one of which was outdoors) that we used to watch all the College Basketball games. The Hosts were incredible with detailed instructions on how to operate the home. It was so well stocked with paper towels, laundry detergent, etc plus dog treats for our dog. My husband and I spent a relaxing month there and had family and friends visit. Everyone loved the house! Though a drive to the beach, we took advantage of all the activities close by....pickle ball courts, golf courses and legacy trail for biking and running. Newly renovated and the owners spared no expense! The appliances, the furnishings, the bedding… just gorgeous! And so so comfortable. My kids had a great time with the (old fashioned) record player and we all loved playing chess and some of the other games in the house. We also loved the art tvs. Very cool! And we all had our own bedroom/bathroom. It was perfect! I have family that lives nearby so this was the perfect location for us to stay. And being so close to Siesta Key was a bonus! Absolutely as pictured or better! Erinn and Marlin did an amazing job, not only with the aesthetics, but the thoughtful touches that made the difference. When we arrived there were fresh flowers to greet us, holiday decor to cheer us, an interactive check-in process to ease us into the property! The location worked very well. All of the dinner reservations I made were within a 3-mile radius (not on purpose, that's how it worked out). St. Armands Circle was about 6 miles away, all of my favs! The house is perfection! Nicely appointed but comfortable with absolutely everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't spend more time there. Communication was excellent.
