Pool Heating Disclaimer Please note that pool heaters are weather-dependent. When outdoor air temperatures drop below 55°F, electric pool heaters will not operate, and pool water will remain cold. The only way to guarantee a consistently warm pool during colder months is with a gas pool heater, which can operate in very low temperatures but requires substantial gas usage to maintain warmth. It was in a safe neighborhood although houses around are in need of some repair. To be expected after the hurricane. A lot of the outdoor cushioning and seating was missing from the pictures. Some of the bedding needed washed upon arrival and the flooring had all of our feet very black on day one. For the amount spent, attention to details was lacking and short order supplies were low. Overall the house was nice, just disappointed in cost vs expectation. ##### Dixie M.
