- **PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURT** *HEATED SALTWATER POOL + SPA* Your family will feel at home in this newly remodeled single family home, just minutes to the #1 beach in the USA and downtown Sarasota! With a large backyard featuring a fire pit and swing for the kids and a pickleball court, comfortable beds, a large open kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals, you may never want to leave! The location is convenient to several grocery stores, many restaurants and shopping and minutes from Siesta Key! ***PLEASE NOTE** There is one security camera on each side of the house facing the side yard, one on the porch facing the driveway, one under the carport facing the side door, and a Ring doorbell on the door under the carport. There are no devices inside the house.

Family Gathering
Banyan Cottage was absolutely delightful! What a happy, bright house with everything you can possibly need and more. Sara was the perfect hostess with quick responses to any question. We are already looking forward to returning for another visit.
