Lg Patio. 2 King beds, Wi-Fi, Updated Sarasota Condo. 1st floor Ground floor updated 2 Br condo with newer 24" porcelain tile, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and most furniture and furnishings. 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, and large covered patio. The living room has a large TV, sofa, chair, and a futon that folds into an additional bed. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private lanai (covered patio) from the living room and master bedroom. We are within 2 miles of Siesta Key. We are just up the road from the bridge for an easy commute. Siesta Key has stunning white sand beaches, restaurants, shops, and live music. Downtown Sarasota is about 3 miles. We are within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and groceries. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer. Free Wi-FI and a designated parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if needed. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room on the ground floor. Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in. No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property indoors and outdoors. No pets. Many TV channels dark due to "low signal". Heat turned on for manager and then never came back on again. Manager had to put a board in the couch in order to make possible to sit in it. Super uncomfortable and then the manager kept our pillows that we bought to make it better. Worst of all is that the bathroom tub drain clogged up and flooded the bathroom floor. We had to go to a hotel for a night during repairs and the manager LOCKED US OUT for the next 7 weeks of a prepaid stay, refusing to talk to us and keeping over ten thousand dollars of unused rent. We had to scramble to find hotels in a tight market. Then the manager kept the property we left in the apartment. How could we stay in an apartment with a non working rusty old bathroom?
