PET STAYS:
We are a dog friendly house with the following Pet Policy:
• Approval and non-refundable $150 pet fee per pet must be confirmed prior to your stay
• Pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• Pet must be fully house trained
• Pet must be completely cleaned up after
• Pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• Pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• 2 pet per stay
• If it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately.

DURING YOUR STAY:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents with valid driver’s license and be present for the duration of the rental period.
•No parties or events allowed.
•Maximum of 8 adults.

PARKING:
• No street or lawn parking allowed
• 4 cars maximum can park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This place felt like home and so much more. The thoughtfulness of the Host boasts throughout every single room with every little detail. From design, to cleanliness, to comfort and coziness, we will definitely return. The kids absolutely had a great time enjoying the pool. Quick golf getaway

Great location to access Rotonda West in the morning. And then play afternoon golf. House was in great working order and had everything advertised. I would highly recommend staying at this house again and I’m certain I will do it as well. Very near future.

Family Christmas getaway

This property was just as advertised. It was very clean and was stocked with so many supplies that you usually have to provide yourself. The open floorplan was perfect for a family gathering. It was great to have the pool. The yard is fenced and very private. The house is newly updated and was beautifully done. The location is great and is so close to beaches, shopping and groceries. The host was so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Home Away From

Family of 5 adults and 2 kids and 2 Yorkies in town for a dance recital. Upon arrivial the communication was quick and helpful our questions were answered. Check in was seamless. The house was immaculate. Including the pool and yard. The doogie door from the pool to the fenced in backyard was a plus. The house has amazing natural sunlight and enough space for us to gather in common areas and enjoy space away from the group. Any questions were answer quickly. Close proximity to grocey stores and great restaurants. Definitely a favorite place to stay we are looking forward to booking it again.

The property was beautiful and inviting. The house had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious and the pool was a family fav. All of the baby items were an amazing amenity, the house was very kid friendly. Michelle was super responso and helpful.
