### Magnificent 2 BR Lakefront Condo in Heritage Oaks - Tranquil Waters

Welcome to Tranquil Waters! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.This breathtaking second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakefront condo is located in the highly established Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club. Nuzzled in nature, this tropical lakefront condo is the perfect location for you and your family to make memories that will last a lifetime!  
  
Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club have resort-style amenities galore! The 18,000-square-foot Clubhouse is genuinely the social center of the Club. It's a gathering place for the best of times to be enjoyed with neighbors, friends, and family. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center with a community pool and spa. Check out the 19th Hole grille for a more formal dining experience. The community is filled with 25 lakes!  
  
This condo has a private staircase leading up to the condo. There is also a set of chairs on the front patio. Upon entering the condo, you will find a light and airy atmosphere. You have unobstructed views of the gorgeous lake from the living room and the kitchen. The living room has two plush couches, two adjoining day chairs, and a Smart TV. The patio offers a true escape, with fantastic lake views with outdoor seating for four. The formal dining room has a gorgeous chandelier and can accommodate up to six comfortably. Adjacent is the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The informal dining room is the perfect spot for breakfast, with views of the lakes in every direction. The table can accommodate up to four.  
  
The primary bedroom has two full-size beds, cable TV, and plenty of dresser space. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has a large vanity with a giant walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed with plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.  
  
Take some time and make sure to stop by Tee Side Patio Café for food located just minutes from the condo, this little gem of a restaurant is the perfect pit stop for quick lunch.  
  
This condo boasts unobstructed views of the lake and is the perfect vacation home for you and your family to truly adventure!  
  
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.  
  
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.
