The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. There are two king master bedrooms with a full bath, and two bedrooms that share a full bath. There is also a half bath, and a den that has an additional bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. A private heated pool and hot tub will make this a vacation home all year round. TV's in every room, TV outside by pool and outdoor eating area, and a TV in the room off the garage. Pets up to 25 pounds are welcome with a pet fee, so you can bring the entire family on this special Florida vacation! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your booking is with Island Real Estate Vacations. We will send you check-in instructions 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee. Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The heated pool was a treat. It also had a hot tub but we didn’t use it. I would definitely stay again. ##### Della S. The pool was very clean and heated. The beach access was a 3 minute walk and the beach was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. All new furniture and beds also made sleeping and relaxing very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again. ##### Katie B. Just a great place to stay. Great location, amenities, clean, just fantastic. From the pool, to the ping pong table, hot tub, covered outdoor sitting area with tv, the whole family loved it and we did not want to leave. Ample parking. TV's in every bedroom, great kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need. FREE WI-FI!! Our forest trip to AMI. Backyard with pool, hot tub and water feature were where the family spent most of its time. 10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious bedrooms. The location (although close to the main road) was perfect for beach access and well situated on the island. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. This home was perfect for our ladies trip. Very clean on arrival. Open kitchen area for hanging together, which worked well for us as we cooked every meal at the house. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great central location on the island. The pool was a great feature, but note that it is in the shade most of the day. Kristin was very accommodating and pleasure to work with!
