  • Every detail in our 1925 old Florida home has been preserved and enhanced. You'll love being immersed in magic Julia Place’s tropical, lush surroundings. This is the entire downstairs unit of our house, with its own private outdoor entrance.

    Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bay front and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city.

    Stroll around Laurel Park, with numerous historic buildings that radiate funky, artistic charm. The area is historic yet hip and most importantly, welcoming. We can’t wait to welcome you!
