Will stay again when in Sarasota Upon entering the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The home was spotless. Furthermore everything was exactly as shown on the picture. the second and third BRs were large and comfortable with ample space and furnishings. The kitchen amenities were newer and all worked. The AC was cool and charging stations were available in the BR we used. Ample plugs for charging all our needs. Didn't use the TV much so no comment there. The only complaint was the hot tub didn't get over 100 degrees, but that appeared to be the system uses a heat pump versus electric. Still felt better than nothing. Over the Rainbow is a very well appointed and tastefully modernized older home on the south side of Sarasota, with a dog friendly back yard, a delightful screened in patio and convenient access to just about anything you would need for a home away from home. What was however particularly refreshing was the responsiveness and immediacy of the owner, Michael Hart, to a couple of small issues that without his response could have marred our stay (including by pointing out where the spare gas cylinder for the Bar b q was stored!). The house is extremely clean and well outfitted with everything you need to enjoy not only the house but the surrounding areas. The house is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The host Mike was awesome to work with and always responded to any and all inquiries extremely quickly.
