Welcome to your home-away-from-home just 12 minutes from the award-winning sands of Siesta Key Beach. This spacious, family-friendly property is designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxed coastal living—perfect for beach vacations, extended stays, or seasonal getaways.  
  
The Space:  
Inside, you’ll find well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and multiple lounge areas, including a peaceful screened-in porch ideal for outdoor dining or your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen flows into an open dining and living space, making it easy to gather and relax.  
  
For added convenience, the home features two sets of washers and dryers—perfect for longer stays or larger groups.  
  
What really sets this home apart is how fully stocked it is for beach days. Guests have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, toys, a cooler, a boogie board, and a skim board—no need to bring or rent gear.  
  
Located just minutes from Roberts Bay, nearby parks, and local shops and restaurants, it’s easy to explore the best of Sarasota and the Gulf Coast.  
  
Whether you're here for sun, sand, or simply to unwind, this comfortable Sarasota retreat makes beach living simple and stress-free.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Pet fee is applicable per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed, no cats or other animals permitted. Pet registration is required prior to arrival pmisarasota . petscreening . com  
  
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.   
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:  
  
1\. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:  
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less  
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more   
c. For stays that are for rental periods of more than 30 days, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.  
  
You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.  
  
2\. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.  
  
For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.  
  
STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
