Fifteen on-site marina slips are available, with electricity and fresh water, and only a half mile from the Venice inlet and the Gulf of Mexico. Take a dip in our private heated pool, kayak, paddle board, or bike to explore the verdant and well-marked local trails. Plenty of dining options are nearby.  
Enjoy this modern two-bedroom, two-bath villa featuring king beds, TVs, charging stations, and Bluetooth speakers. The bathrooms include a rain shower and a tub/shower combo. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, easy access to the saline pool, and a large living area, making it a bright and welcoming space for family or friends.
