Only issue was the hot tub. There were no instructions. We wanted to get in it every night. We couldn’t get it hot enough. The property manager would turn it up remotely, but it was never hot in the evening. Finally, on Tuesday the pool man came and got ahold of the owner for instructions. It was great Tuesday night. It took 3 days to get it working. This was the entire reason my husband decided to rent this property over other listings. In addition, the owners controlled the temperature and we could not. It was hot at night and was set to 76 degrees!!! It does not seem right to not be able to adjust the temperature to your own liking when this unit ends up being as much as a Ritz. I hope they change this for their other guests based on this review. I didn't realize this was happening until the last day. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool. I liked that everything thing clean and set up like a hotel. We also liked that there were name tags on everything in the kitchen.
