Adorable, Cozy, Peaceful & Quiet neighborhood close to downtown SRQ, St. Armand's, the beaches, and more! 2/2 with comfy queen beds, Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, open-floor plan living room with high ceilings, dining table & sliders that open to a private porch with patio set. Very tropical with plenty of trees to relax. You will love the convenience of being close to everything Sarasota yet enjoy the privacy of living in a private and safe home.

NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY OR MARCH? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you.

\-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.  
\- \*HOA application fee required: $150 per person or per couple. HOA approval may take a few days for approval so at least a week will be needed prior to any check in once booked.  
\- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.  
\- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet\*. 1 Pet Max and MUST be no more than 24 lbs.  
\-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.  
\*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
