Cypress wood floors and bay windows give this home a comfy, warm feel. The large, fenced-in backyard boasts large trees and native bougainvillea. The outdoor pool is screened so guests can enjoy mosquito-free swimming. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just on the outskirts of downtown, it's in walking distance to parks and tennis courts, and a 10 minute drive from the downtown core where farmer's markets and other street fairs happen year-round. It's also close to a variety of art performance halls and the best dining and night life in the city–bout a 15-minute drive from Lido Key beaches and 20 to Siesta.

Great Place to Stay!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this Florida home. It was cute, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with very friendly neighbors! Our family enjoyed our vacation and I would definitely book this home again. Our host was responsive and kind. Overall it was a great experience!

Nicely done older home
We spent two months traveling all over Florida and this was a very nice home. The property manager was amazing how quickly she responded to any questions we had, we would definitely return here. We were here in the winter so the pool was a bit chilly (no heater) but was very nice and I’m sure it would be great a different time of year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. It was close to everything with just a short drive to downtown or beaches. The pool was awesome and the patio very comfortable for hanging out. The King bed was most comfortable. Very responsive and friendly host who answered when we had questions within minutes. The books and games were a nice extra.

Old Florida with TLC
Well maintained and supplied. Weather temps in the 50’s limited our use of the unheated but very clean pool. We look forward to better pool use on our next visit. Appreciated the children’s life vests and toys for our grandchildren day visits.
