The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, totally updated and comfortably furnished. We offer High Speed WIFI/Cable smart TV, washer and dryer, quality beds, linens and fully stocked kitchen. House is also equipped with beach chairs/towels, umbrellas, coolers and games. Also we offer Townie bikes upon request. The living space is clean, open and bright. A screened in lanai faces the back garden and deck with BBQ. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. There is a blow up bed if needed. The second bath is a shower/tub combo. Fenced back yard, Pets OK . Please make a note on the reservation about number of pets. There is a pet fee for each pet. Ask about a discount for pets for longs stays. RV and Boat parking available. Bike rental nearby delivers.. The Home offers all the comforts of home. Off the islands, Sarasota is defined by a rich and varied arts scene that belies the size of the city. There's the famous John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, featuring an enormous selection of paintings -- including one of the largest collections of Rubens in the world.
