Great area to walk, very quiet neighborhood, felt very secure! No cable TV, as was listed in the description. Owner did advise me, when I asked before I booked, that she had dropped the cable and had Amazon Fire Stick and Roku TV. Especially since we had Hurricane Ian just before we stayed there. We never had loss of electricity or Internet while we were staying, unlike many in Sarasota. The community quickly cleaned up broken tree limbs and debris from the storm, also unlike the rest of the city. Elaine was wonderful to work with, before, during and as our stay was coming to an end. A very clean condo, with everything you need for a stay in Florida. Very friendly neighbors also, as well as a covered parking space. A great time overall. ##### Susan W.
