They are both truly special people. The property is not new but has been very well maintained. The exterior landscaping is constantly being worked on and it shows. The interior of the unit is very functional. Garbage drop off, tennis courts, the pool and the work out gym are all within a one block walk. The unit itself was immaculate when we arrived with plenty of supplies to help us get started. The complex is very close to downtown and in particular to the Ed Smith stadium. We felt very secure in the complex and often went for walks through the complex after dark. Great balcony, place is quiet, people are friendly in the area. Due to COVID gym was closed and pool had limited use, sign in and only allowed to stay one hour, but it’s nice. We did not use as much. We stayed here the last month of our summer vacation (both Fun and Relaxing). We found the unit to be very clean, and nicely decorated with high end appliances and easy access to the pool, gym, tennis court, lake among others. The owners were very easy to work with and recommended a number of places to visit, all of which we loved.
