Nice living room/dining/kitchen area that's open to hang out. Nice outside pool area. The neighborhood felt safe. Location was close to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. What we found was a nicely decorated three bedroom house that was well appointed and spotless. There was nothing left out in the accessories. The appliances were all in good order and the cutlery, crockery and glassware in better order than a normal rental. I would return without hesitation. ##### Anthony M. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was a big hit for the kids. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, and 2 adult bikes for use in the storage shed. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. The coffee pot is standard (not a Keurig). There are no TVs in the bedrooms. There is a TV outside and one in the living room.
