This unit appeared to have been recently renovated and had almost everything we needed. When we got inside we realized that the deadbolt on the front door would not close due to misalignment and there was someone there to fix it in minutes. There was a new roof being built on an adjacent unit so the noise level was high, but that was just a timing issue. We only had about 10 steps to walk to the pool and it was only about 3 miles to Siesta Key Beach so a great location to many different activities. ##### Marsha L. Very nicely done. The location was perfect for us. Close in mileage to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota, although anyone that has been in Florida knows the traffic can be brutal at times! Getting to the Siesta Key beach was a quick and easy drive. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment was super nice - even nicer than the pictures showed. It seems to have been recently renovated and all the cooking equipment and dishes appeared to be new, too. The pool was just out the backdoor and warm - perfect for a quick sunset swim.
