The teens really enjoyed pool, darts, and foosball in the game room downstairs (the pool table has seen better days but we still had fun with it). The property backs on to Philippi Creek which makes for a lovely setting - we enjoyed watching the great blue herons and fish jumping while sipping bevies under the Florida sun and palm trees on the patio. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but only a 3-5 minute drive to the grocery store and other amenities. Siesta Key and all Sarasota beaches are 15-20 away (but go early because parking and traffic get worse as the day goes on). We also made day trips to St. Pete’s, Tampa, & St. Armand’s to the North and Nokomis/Venice to the South. Liceth is a kind and responsive host and I would go back in a heartbeat. ##### Mike C. Two couples, a teen, and a grandmother had plenty of space in the well-appointed bedrooms and found the kitchen and living space to be flexible and comfortable. The lower level game room and outdoor space was a hit. We fished, kayaked, saw manatee and gators, and hosted a nail-biting family pool tournament.
