Both bedrooms are made up with beautiful designer linens and pillows. The living room has a new 55' flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a King bed with 48' flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. This home is equipped with WIFI, cable TV and washer/dryer. A queen size air mattress is available upon request. \*\*\*Please note this is a NON SMOKING home.
Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and everything you could need in this home away from home. The eating area seats 4 and overlooks a screened porch. Outside seating for 4 and a private fenced backyard. Enjoy the gas grill or hammock for those lazy day, relaxing moments. Two bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels & beach toys are available on site for your use.

I rented this property for a month long job assignment. The house was perfect for my needs. Nancy has thought of everything, the house is fully stocked with all needed items. Weber grill in the backyard, beach chairs in the garage, bikes for your use and a wonderful lanai to enjoy at the end of the day. Close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book this cottage, you won’t regret it.

Stayed for 10 days in March. The house is very convenient - beach is just minutes away, grocery close by, as are restaurants. House is in a quiet neighborhood and has very comfortable beds. Screened in porch always a plus! Check in process couldn't be easier, and Nancy is a most excellent host, providing a generous 'starter kit' of necessities for you. This is our 3rd time staying here, and we will be back!

We had a great stay in this little house. I loved that everything for a trip to the beach was provided including sand toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, noodles, a cooler, and a bag. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The king bed is incredibly comfortable. The house was very clean too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

Nice rental with a convenient location. Not far from Siesta Key Beach, stores, etc. Home had what we needed and owner was very helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable even with the passing of Tropical Storm Debby (which became Hurricane Debby)! The neighborhood offered great opportunity for walks. We would stay again!

This property is fabulous! The location is great and the neighborhood is safe. It is very clean, cute and comfortable. The hosts offer beach gear (beach umbrella, chairs, toys, a cooler and a tote cart), which was fabulous for our day at the beach. There were also 2 bikes available for guest use. We spent evenings in the back porch, playing games and enjoying the wonderful weather. We would definitely stay here again, it's top of the line!

Nancy is about the nicest and most accommodating hostess I have rented from. Her house was only 15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and surrounding areas. It was very easy and convenient to get to. The bonus was that everything you needed to go to the beach with - she had it. The AC worked amazingly great, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary to cook and or make coffee.

I stayed at the property with my parents. This is a clean and well equipped rental. It has everything you need for the beach, a grill, and bikes! The decor is also very nice. Although we dined out, you could easily make meals with the items available in the kitchen. Depending on who you are traveling with, sharing the one bathroom could be a challenge. We appreciated Nancy promptly coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out.

This is one of the nicest properties we've stayed in. The pictures accurately reflect the home, and it was very clean, with comfortable beds. What was unusual, though, was the thoughtfulness of the owner in providing extras that are rarely given - hand soap in the kitchen and bath, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, coffee filters, condiments, and plenty of towels for both the kitchen and bath. This is in addition to the beach 'stuff', and bicycles! And it made for such a relaxing vacation, as we did not immediately need to run to the store so we could wash our hands. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated, and the screened porch is the berries! We spent every evening out there, as well as eating most of our meals there. Just a lovely property, and Nancy was SO easy to deal with, and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This is a renovated older home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly and helpful when we needed batteries for a remote. House was clean. The king sized bed is quite high, my mom is somewhat short and was not able to climb in it. This isn't a criticism, just information for future visitors. One critique is that the shower should have grips or rails to hold onto when stepping in/out of the bathtub. It isn't a walk-in shower, and some older or disabled people may have difficulties getting in and out. Overall, this is a nice place to rent and we would recommend it.

Nancy's house is one of my favorite vacation rentals I have stayed at to date. Her listing states that it has everything you could need in a home away from home, and the house was all that and more. I stayed with my 2 kids (age 18,19) for 5 nights and we all agreed it was one of our favorite trips to Sarasota/Siesta & we would stay here again. Some of my favorite things worth noting:I love rentals that make it easy for me to cook meals for my family, and this went above & beyond. I like to limit dining out to once a day, and I enjoy being in the kitchen together after a long day at the beach. We loved that a grill was available and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking inside as well as containers for storing leftovers.To find a 2nd shower in the laundry room was a happy surprise. My kids, even as adults, still argue over who gets to shower first after a coming in from a day outside. This was perfect!I loved the landscaping in the backyard, the hammock, and the lanai area. We spent a lot of time here! She has beautiful plants around the property.The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We slept great and enjoyed relaxing in the living room before bed.Lastly, I always look for places that have beach gear, and this exceeded expectations. All of the items for the beach were so nice, and we did our part to keep them that way. Do not hesitate to book this place - it's lovely! We will definitely be checking availability on our next trip!!
