The host canceled last minute - literally as we were getting on the plane. I had 6 people counting on a place to stay that day. It was very upsetting. After some negotiating, Vrbo came through and provided payment for our replacement lodgings. That was very much appreciated.I would warn future guests to avoid any properties hosted by Amy.
