"There unfortunately was so much personal conversations amongst the staff at check in, and they were complaining about things which made it very awkward. None of the 3 staff seemed to understand I was a guest and perhaps those conversations needed to wait until I left. Very awkward."

"Arrived later and doors were locked. No one answered door bell and was forced to call for someone to assist us. Large roach had been squashed in bathroom in our room but not disposed of. Blood was on floor. We had to clean it up and flush bug. Room was musty smelling. "
