"The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. "

"Wonderful property with an excellent location! Beach access was across the street and the trolley pick-up was at the end of the block. The village was within walking distance as well. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer is located right outside of the unit and beach chairs and a cooler were provided. "Came to Sarasota for the weekend and got on Expedia to find me a decent deal with a high rating. This place came up and at an affordable price. I liked how a lot of different restaurants and things to do were near. The beaches are about 20-30 minutes away and the locals were very friendly! The hotel employees were very friendly as well. They had a tiki bar right on the property near the pool. The pool was nice, clean and maintained, we very much enjoyed it. The room was very nice and spacious! The bathroom had so much space, it was definitely a PLUS!! The tv was a good size and kept updated. Overall a well maintained place and I would book again with them in the future. Wish I took pictures…. "

"The room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. I specifically booked this property because it advertised workspace suitable for a virtual interview, but the room did not meet that expectation. Cleanliness was also an issue and there was hair everywhere and the towels provided were unusually small. When I raised these concerns, staff were unhelpful and at times dismissive. My concerns were not addressed, and I was told to adjust my tone rather than receiving assistance. The manager never followed up despite being asked. The property does not match its online presentation and is not worth the price. Breakfast was underwhelming, though the in-room coffee maker was a positive. Overall, this was a disappointing experience."
