The carpets in the rooms were extremely dirty with brown stains and the bathroom smelt very bad. I did not feel clean in this property at all.

Disappointing. Very basic. Pre booked an evening meal, coach party arrived before us and we were left without attention for too long, had to ask many times for drinks, bread to keep I us going, food finally arrived at 22.00 and we had been driving for 9 hours and were tied, quality of food when it finally arrived was disappointing. Bed too hot duvet much too thick for room temperature! Overall very disappointing.

DROPPED STANDARDS
We have used this hotel for years as an overnight stopover. This year there was a significant drop in the service provided. We had to wait in a queue to check in whilst the receptionist served customers drinks at the bar. Late afternoon at a busy time for arrivals. We were then told we couldn't have a table in the restaurant for two and a half hours- after having driven almost three hundred miles. When we did go to the restaurant slightly earlier than the given time there were quite a few empty tables. The waitress took our order and we didn't see her again and had to ask another waiterfor service. The food menu was disappointing compared to previously-the new menu is a bistro type menu with a much reduced choice. I mentioned all this when checking out . Shrugged shoulders. Will find somewhere else for our next visit

Great over night stop
Well placed near auto route clean with a very comfortable bed the only down side was the restaurant. Very poor choice, only three items none of which made us want to eat there. Chicken and potato! very appealing. Not to worry plenty of lovely restaurants a dive minute drive away.

Really basic hotel, not clean (wet towel in the bathroom on arrival, toilet smelled when flushing), the restaurant food was not enjoyable (starters were out in the open all evening, small piece of meat was way overcooked, whine was watery), bed wasn’t comfortable (mattress was uneven and old, the pillow wasn’t supporting). The staff was nice though.

Good budget hotel
Very compact room although very comfortable. No fridge for drinks which we missed but air con in room worked well. Good shower and hair dryer. Ample parking. Perfect for a quick stop over. Staff on reception were pleasant.

Hotel was fine and clean. If breakfast is booked, better get there early to avoid disappointment as it's a buffet, and the supply of juices and food was lacking when we showed up around 9.30am!

Quite convenient stop on return journey to UK
The hotel is quite conveniently located just off the A10 motorway. I was only interested in a clean, comfortable room with wifi. and the room which we had was close to the entrance on the ground floor so easy to get to when carrying luggage. I would have liked to have had an early breakfast but had to leave before 6am so this was not possible. Overall it was a good stay because the staff were helpful and understanding of difficulties with my husband who has dementia.

Pleasant stay, good restaurant with good food at a very reasonable price. As promised they were very happy to accommodate our 2 cats with us in the room. Tea making facilities in the room would have made this a perfect stay.

Good dog friendly hotel for stopover.
Good hotel for overnight stay when travelling, easy to find from A10. Very dog friendly, dogs allowed in bar and restaurant,grassed area behind hotel for dog walking and park just across the road.Room quite small but adequate, just wish Ibis provided tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel was inundated by coach parties and staff totally overcome. Our restaurant table was 1 hour late and we only got it then by clearing dirty tables ourselves. Then another 30 minutes wait to order . . . . It goes on. Then next morning check out further chaos.

It was ok, but I've been to better Ibis Hotels in
The room was perfectly ok, but if comparing to other Ibis Hotels we've been recently, it's a bit outdated. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant menu, again, is a lot worse than other Ibis Hotels. Breakfast was delicious, but I had to wait for a clean spoon for about 10min. It's a good place to stay for a night.

Enjoyed a one night stay while travelling from Calais to northern France. We had some difficulty locating it. However,it was in an ideal position,breaking our journey into two manageable stages. The hotel staff were absolutely perfect. They welcomed us and could not do enough to help. The restaurant is comfortable/ basic furniture, with a varied menu - especially the cold buffet. As the hotel is not near other restaurants so it really has a captive clientele for meals. We did not stay for breakfast but it looked fine if you want a typical French breakfast - not bacon and eggs!
