Along with new flooring, fresh paint, plantation shutters and two new baths, the kitchen has new cabinets, countertops and appliances and was opened up to enjoy the lake views while cooking. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and private bath with a walk-in shower and custom curtains on the picturesque sliding glass door. The guest bedroom has two single beds with four windows and lots of natural light. A bull bath with shower/tub combo, laundry and utility closets are all off the hallway. Most of the artwork are by local artists celebrating the beauty of the area. The neighborhood has its own pavilion and dock to relax and fish and it's a great area to walk. Snuggle around the wood burning fireplace on chilly nights. It is easy access and close to the available amenities of the Sapphire Valley Resort: Fairfield Lake and Beach, Red Bird Golf Course and the Recreation Center. The quaint village of Cashiers is just 3.5 miles down the road. Square Footage: 1250 Cleaning Fee: $200 Minimum Stay: 3 Nights This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, an Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up. Renters will need to present ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanied adults cards.
