Great getaway for couples but we went with kids and still enjoyed it. Very relaxing on the resort itself and neat places near by to visit. Great views and amazing staff. Restaurant food quality was also good.

Poor communication. Employees are poor in speaking English. The location is not great. You have to call up a taxi otherwise no way to move. Food is horrible no varities. Have to eat kebab daily. Slthough i liked the guy serving Yüksel was good. No safe in the room to keep your valiables protected. No wifi available in the rooms either

Dedeman adına yakışmayan son.

Genel olarak konumu çok iyi, huzurlu bir otel. Resepsiyon görevlisi hanım çok kibar. Garsonlar ilgili diyebilirim. Kaldığımız çatı ev çok eğlenceli ve konforluydu. Rezervasyon yaparken odada şömine görünüyordu ama sökülmüştü, kış olmasına rağmen olmaması anlamsız geldi. 2 ciddi problem vardı maalesef. Birincisi yemek... Menü geniş ama sipariş ettiğimiz burgerin ekmeği taş gibi sertti. Tekrar istedik o da aynı geldi yenecek gibi değil. Bir de kuşbaşılı pide istedim prosiyon, lezzet yeter diyebilirim ama etler çok büyük kesilmiş, aşırı da sertti. Şikayetleri bildirdik yine de değişen burger dışında hepsinin tam ücretini ödedik... Bir de maalesef en kötüsü, odadan çıkarken gördüğüm manzara... Bizden önce kalan bir misafire ait iç çamaşırı buldum odada... Bunu kendilerine iletmeyi bile istemedim. Belki bizden sonra temizleyen de biz unuttuk zannetmiştir kim bilir... O ana kadar tekrar gitmeyi düşündüğüm ve tavsiye ettiğim bir işletmeydi... Kurumsal ismine güvenerek gittiğimiz bir işletmeye yakışmaz final.

Mükemmel Hizmet

Mükemmel bir hizmetle karşılaştım temizlik konfor imkanlar genel izlenimim çok olumlu, beklentimin üzerinde oldu. Özellikle restoranına bayıldım kesinlikle verdiğim paranın karşılığını aldığımı düşünüyorum. Nezih temiz ilgili hoş görülü insanlarla muhattap olmak güzel hizmet almak beni çok memnun etti. Kesinlikle çevreme de önerebileceğim, tekrar gelebileceğim bir yer.

Merhaba, öncelikle doğum günümde çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Sırasıyla anlatayım; otel genel olarak çok güzel, temiz burada bir sorun yok. Odamıza girdiğimizde odamız buz gibiydi. Sobanın yakılmasını istedik, tamam dediler, açıkçası oraya gideceğimiz belli önceden ısıtılması gerekiyordu. Neyse diğer yaşadıklarımızın yanında bu bir şey değil. Burayı seçme nedenim jakuzisinin olmasıydı. Jakuziyi ayarladılar, doldurduk, bir kaç dakika sonra üst kattan alt kata su bastı. Aşağıda bilgisayarlarımız, telefonlarımız ıslandı her şey. Bunun için kimse gelip özür dileyip açıklama yapmadı. Odamızın değiştirilmesini istedik, bu sefer diğer ev buz gibiydi. Bir kaç kez ısıtın öyle geçelim demek zorunda kaldık. Artık jakuziyi de denemedik tabii. Sonra akşam üst kata çıkıp uyuduk, geceyarısı bir anda öksürerek ve boğazımız yanarak uyandık. Bir kalktık ki oda da göz gözü görmüyor, aşırı bir duman ve oksijensiz kalmış. Aşağısı yanıyor sandık. Hızlıca aşağı indiğimizde sobanın tüttüğünü ve her yerin duman içinde olduğunu gördük. Hemen camları kapıları açtık, öksürüp duruyoruz bu arada. Resepsiyonu aradık, ters rüzgarda olabiliyor bazen diyorlar bize. Şaka mısınız, biz ölüyorduk!. Bu öyle basit bir tütme falan değil, uykumuzda ölebilirdik. Resepsiyon görevlisi geldi, sobaya su döktük, o gitti, bu sefer yine tütmeye başladı. Sobayı 1 saate anca söndürebildik. Gece yarısı soba nöbeti tutuk eşimle. Zaten alt katta koltukta uyudu o. Dolasıyla bu öyle basit bir memnuniyetsizlik değil…

Gayet keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Yetkililer ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Gölün dibinde olması çok güzeldi. Canımızı sıkan tek şey otele giden yolun biraz bozuk olmasaydı. Asfaltta oluşan çukurlar aracımızın lastiklerini patlatır diye pür dikkat ve korkarak tesise ulaşmak durumunda kaldık. Bunun dışında hayvan sever bir tesis olması ve doğayla iç içe olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Konumu çok güzel tam gölün kenarında ve iskelesi mevcut. Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Bizim seçtiğimiz odanın tek kötü yanı sıcak su ile ilgili sorunu vardı. Çalışan kişiler yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ancak ne yazık ki çözüm bulunamadı. Havuzu olan oda seçerseniz dikkat edin, havuzlar biraz fazla klorlu :)

Bungalovların konumları harika bir yerde hemen Sapanca gölünün yakınında konumlandırılmış. Bungalovun önündeki masada göl manzarasına karşı keyifli anlar geçirebilirsiniz. Restoranları hemen gölün kıyısında yemekler çok lezzetli daha önce o lezzette ve yumuşaklıkta bir köfte yememiştim. Kahvaltısı da serpme kahvaltı şeklinde ve gayet yeterli. Bungalovun içi tertemizdi, bir gün konaklamadan sonra tekrar temizlenmesini istedik ilk günkü gibi tertemiz yapıldı her şey yenilendi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Doğa ile iç içe huzur dolu 2 gün geçirdik. Tekrar gelmek için plan yapmaya başladık bile :)

Gittiğinize değecek bir konsept...

Otele ulaşım biraz uğraştırıcı olsa da ulaştığınızda o uğraşmaya değdiğini anlıyorsunuz. Özellikle Sapanca gölünün kenarında olması ayrı bir avantaj sağlıyor işletmeye. Ailecek geldiğimiz otelde 2+1 üçgen odada kaldık. Gerçekten çok konforlu ve temizdi. Özellikle yatakları çok rahat. Ayrıca otelin peyzajı da çok güzel. Kahvaltıda yöresel ürünler var. Şubat ayında çok soğuk bir gecede kaldığımız otelde odalarda odun sobası ve klima ısınmayı sağlıyordu. İlkbahar veya yaz aylarında tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz...
