"I had made two separate bookings next to each other because I didn't plan my stay in Porto properly and the staff made sure to keep us in 1 room for the entire stay which was nice. The breakfast was great as there were coffee machines to serve yourself and a decent amount of variety. What I appreciated is that the kitchen staff still made food even towards the end of breakfast so if you woke up late you weren't just getting scraps. The rooms were pretty decent, although the pictures are not entirely accurate of what you're getting. They're still nice, but it was a bit of a shock to us to walk into a room that didn't look like the pictures and had a kitchenette. What was a bit confusing is that we had a kitchenette without any plates or utensils. I guess maybe to prevent guests from stealing them, but was a bit weird. The hotel itself was quite clean and I loved our view of Duoro river from our room. Would definitely recommend this place to stay."

"There was no closet per/say. There was a rack with several hangers. It was quite modern and stylish. The A/C did not function in our room and there was no one on staff who showed how to use it. The street noise at night was quite noticeable. The desk person was quite helpful in getting us transportation to our cruise ship."

"Lovely hotel, service excellent, receptionist so helpful on check in. Rooftop bar fab, lovely staff again. Not really walkable to city centre but hop on hop off bus stop across the road , local bus stop nearby and reasonable taxi fare either. Rooms so quiet and peaceful.Overall lovely experience ."

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views over the river to Porto. Staff were very helpful - one team member conjured up tickets for a Champions League game, another sorted out a doctor to visit for my onset of back pain. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant and the main dining venue was unfussy and full of flavour. Recommended!"
