"1박2일 짧은 여행이어서 싼 숙박업소를 찾았는데, 가격대비 너무 괜찮은 숙소였어요. 사장님은 우리가 늦게 도착하는 바람에 늦게까지 기다리셨지만 친절하게 설명도 잘해주시고, 아이들도 많이 좋아하고 다음날 기분좋게 일정을 시작할수 있었어요. 다음에는 일찍도착해서 바베큐랑 물놀이도 해볼까합니다 ^^ 급하게 결정했던 통영 여행이었는데 만족했습니다. "

"급 잡은 숙소치곤 깨끗하고 좋았는데 다른 후기들처럼 주차가 너무 불편했어요 ㅠ주차힘들다는말듣고 경차가져갔는데 경사가 너무심해서 차가 올라가지를못하더라구요 짐 이고지고 걸어서 올라갔는데 더운날씨에 너무 힘들었어요 ㅠ 그것말고는 사장님분 너무 친절하시고 물놀이하는거 사진도찍어서 보내주시고 재밌게 푹쉬다 왔네요^^"

While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised. "1\. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2\. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3\. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
