Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and incredibly good coffee. Very unique floor plans and stair cases. Keys were unique, the ring was solid copper and weighed a ton, great location.

Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Better than expected. Room for a family of 5 was great, split level gave us more space than we expected for being in Venice. Nice quiet part of the city too.
