"It’s the Mandarin Oriental and that’s says a lot. The staff here is very nice and helpful they accommodated us with any needs even with some simple meds from the pharmacy. They offered us suggestions as well as making us feel at home. Thank you to Fabian to give us a crash course on Pisco, Javiera to make us feel great every single morning with her smile and service, Augustina with her joyful self and by giving us suggestions in the city etc. Thank you to the entire staff at the Front Desk to accommodate for a late check out since our flight was late at night and the concierge for taking care of all our needs, and least but not last the housekeeping staff who takes care of our rooms to have it perfectly organized and clean every day. Great Job Guys! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

"We had a great stay here. The neighborhood in Las Condes is excellent—safe, quiet, and very convenient, with groceries right across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. The building uses an app to access the doors and gates, which takes a little getting used to at first, but once you figure it out, it works well. The rooftop pool is a really cool feature. We were there in the winter and the water was literally freezing, but it was still a great rooftop space to check out. The apartment itself is small but has pretty much everything you need. There’s a cool balcony, heaters for the chilly nights, and the pull-out couch worked fine for us. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc., although it was a little lean on some supplies—we would have appreciated a coffee maker. Everything was very clean, the building was quiet, and the owner was always quick to communicate when we needed anything. Overall, a great experience in a fantastic neighborhood at a very affordable price. We’d definitely recommend it."

"We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals, granola, prosciutto, variety of cheeses. Although we are making this critique, we loved the stay and quietness."

"Very cute rustic yet modern cabin overlooking the river. The host Francisco was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. It is a short 10 minute drive from Santiago shopping & restaurants and a 90 minute drive to Valle Nevado Ski resort. I would absolutely stay here again."
