Serviço de limpeza muito ruim tanto no quarto como nos banheiros. Muito barulho a noite. Café da manhã com pão murcho. Recepção fica abandonada. Camas antigas com grade.

Parque Balneário Hotel Santos by Castelo Itaipava
The Lobby was Beautiful, the staff was Friendly, Helpful. The room was spacious and accommodating. The Breakfast was a wide variety of foods, and delicious. The coffee was fabulous!
