NOT 420 Friendly!!
The pool temperature was disgustingly hot! I understand it’s July, but the pool water was as hot as the hot tub. The lagoon water had jellyfish.
I’m familiar with other resorts and travel months and they have been cooler and refreshing!
When you arrive you’re forced to make dinner reservations for your entire trip if you want to go to one of the restaurants. Because of this limitation we gave 4 stars in the hotel lobby kiosk.
AND SOME OF THEM THEY HAVE KIDS AT THEM!
The very next morning- they woke us up with a call asking how to get that 5th star??
The entertainment was so so.
They did a disco night and none of the entertainment team knew how to dance it; however, they had the Dance Fever motion down.
Spanish is the language. Very few people speak English.

Fueron los días más difíciles de mi vida , la cama mojada el piso mojado los aires solo lanzaron agua , mi mamá se cayó , la fórmula de los bebé se dañó 25 persona que estuvieron celebrando el cumpleaños de mi hijas fueron sacrificado con el mismo problema de los aires dañados y mojando la cama y los piso no quiero volver jamás en mi vida
